A journey is a chain
Nobody has one problem at a time.
Cardii is not four companies behind one login. The services belong together because one journey makes several of them necessary, usually without warning and usually in the wrong order. Pick an evening.
You rented a car in Accra on Tuesday. It is now eleven at night on the Accra–Kumasi road past Nkawkaw, and it has stopped. The nearest town is thirty minutes behind you.

The recovery and the replacement are charged back to the vendor whose vehicle failed. You are told none of that, because none of it is your side of the transaction.
Cardii is not about moving from A to B. It is about moving from A to B and every problem in between — which is why the services are one company and one account, and not four apps you find out about separately, at the worst possible moment.

When the car stops, you pick who comes for it.
Not a truck Cardii assigns you. Say what has happened and you see everyone who can do that particular job — a mechanic for a hose, a truck for a gearbox — with what each one charges and how long each says it will take. You choose. If the one you choose cannot come, you pick another without starting again.
Renting from Cardii? Then none of it is yours to buy. The recovery and a replacement vehicle are on Cardii, because the vehicle was Cardii’s to hand over in working order.

What Cardii actually promises
Each service works differently. These four things do not change between them.
Everyone is checked before they appear
Vendors as businesses, drivers and private sellers as people. A name on Cardii is a name someone verified.
Cardii sets the price you pay
Owners and drivers set their own rate. Cardii works out the total, adds its fee openly, and shows it before you commit.
What happened is written down
Who, what, when, and the photographs where a service takes them. If there is an argument later, there is a record.
A person answers the phone
Seven in the morning to ten at night, every day, on a local number. Not a form.
The six-photograph record applies where Cardii hands you a vehicle — rental and chauffeur. It is not claimed over a tow or over a car another person is selling you, because Cardii is not the one holding those keys.
For organisations
Hospitals, schools, companies and NGOs do not pay by MoMo at the roadside.
An approved organisation books without paying at the point of each trip. The person who needs the vehicle raises a request, the person who holds the budget approves it, and finance gets one invoice at the end of the month with every trip on it.

10 vehicles or moreIf you manage vehicles that belong to other people, Cardii gives you the arithmetic: what each vehicle earned, what Cardii took, what you keep, and exactly what each owner is owed — with the receipt to send them.
Owners can name the amount they want per day. Cardii works the listing price back from it.
